Personally I Like this animate image of
Buddha Vajrasattva! One good e.g. of using internet & web to benefit
others!(accessed on 10 Feb. 2012). It happens I have been quite slow with my
preliminary four foundation practices since last year, these few days im trying
to recite 30-100x daily.
